Feels the same for me too so I just read my subs & leave the rest. And the simmering anger is new for me too. I just can’t figure out if it’s hormones or I am genuinely angry! The slow walkers really do make me mad though 😝
I could relate to lots of your points. I decided to just feel it but not act on the feelings. I reminded myself it was ok to feel angry, that seemed to help me be ok with it and now it’s mostly passed. I do sometimes wish I could just say for fucks sake to random people who piss me off 🤣. Mostly I just say it to my family though.

And general annoyance. I drop a lot of FFSs. Especially while driving. Bad drivers are pretty much at the top of my list!
Perth has TERRIBLE drivers!!! They don’t know how to merge, use the right lane or use a roundabout lol

My daughter is autistic & so I am always trying to figure how to make her world less irritable :)
