the more quiet and alone time i have the more i find i need. not sure if this is a good or bad thing? i do find social interactions tiring and draining, especially small talk, i am making peace with myself about it, it's who i am.

I think I’m becoming a person who needs a lot more alone & quiet time than ever before. I used to feel like I needed more social interactions & that my life was lacking because I didn’t have the social circles I once did but now I am quite content to be on my own more & more.

Solitude at our place too. When my two were at school I’d think, they’re all peopled out after six hours of noisy chaos, and give them the space to just flop. I needed it too!

I still value and prioritise quiet time every day.

Have a lovely weekend R xx

I think we all crave quiet time too. Although, my kids socialise online. I hear them FaceTiming their friends & gaming online with them but not constantly. I like that they know when enough is enough.

Great your kids monitor themselves so well! How good is it that we can connect with one another from anywhere? X
